We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on unused items in original packaging. To start a return, email support@lumiere.store with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Chill them in the fridge for 30+ minutes (or the freezer for a deeper cold). Apply your serum or moisturiser first, then roll in slow outward strokes — from the centre of your face outward, jaw upward, and gently under the eyes from inner to outer corner. 2–5 minutes is all it takes. Wipe clean and return to the fridge.

Daily use is ideal — in the shower with your shampoo is the most effective time. For relaxation, use it dry on your scalp, neck, or shoulders for 5–10 minutes. After wet use, rinse the head and dry the unit fully before placing it on the charging cradle.

After cleansing, lift a patch with the included spatula or clean fingertips. Apply under each eye, wider end toward the outer corner. Press gently to seal and leave for 15–20 minutes. Remove and pat the remaining essence into skin — no rinse needed. Keep the jar in the fridge for an extra-cooling effect.
